Snow

It started to snow yesterday afternoon and continued to snow all night and this morning I awoke to 12 inches of snow. Mother nature has a twisted sense of humor. Here I was bragging that I was going to get to leave not having had to shovel much snow at all. Three hours this morning with the assistance of the snow blower and the drive was done. Then at twelve noon had to shovel again. It is now 1:58PM and it has just about stopped snowing. The weather person said that it is now going to rain, and my aching muscles are wishing that it had rained instead of snowing yesterday.

But must not complain as I will not be shoveling it for much longer. Hears hoping that it does rain and that it does not snow again until I leave.

The Twins

The twins turned one on the 30th of November. Have not seen them for several months and they sure have grown. Will see them on Sunday on my way out to Australia. Going to miss their first Christmas.

Have everything ready to go. At the beginning of the week it seemed like I had a million things to do and time was running out but have pulled everything together and now just have to catch the plane.
It is getting cold here -10C this morning but the sky is clear and the sun is shining. Do not mind cold crisp day .
